Booths will be assigned based on needs and in order of application received.

Details:

  • Rent will be due the 1st of the month and late by the 5th.
  • Vendors will be paid the 15th of each month.
  • A 30 day notice is required for vacating.
  • Rent will be a month to month basis.
  • All items will need to be tagged with the assigned vendor #, brief description and the price.
  • Ree + Rae’s commission will be 10% of every item sold.
  • Limited spots for commission only at a rate of 25%.
  • Booth sizes: 3×2, 4×2, 3×3, 4×3, 5×4, 6×5, 8×3 and ‘wall only’ spaces ranging from $40-$100 per month.
  • There are two rooms for the vendors: the front room will be slightly more per month, specifically window spots.
  • When your application is approved, we will contact you with pricing, booth options, and contract.
